    Must admit l assumed this thread had been resurrected by a spammer and was looking forward to the excitement of flagging 😁.
    Would a new one for 2023 be more appropriate ?

    Recycle/ re-use doesn't apply to threads, I'd say so your suggestion has merit😉

    Cobra beans ,  Beth alpha cucumbers, Frigitello and Palermo peppers, and Durham Early cabbage in the GH.
    Firestorm runner beans,  Romaine lettuce,  long marrows,  green bush courgettes.

    I won’t be growing Kale,  horrible even my snails wouldn’t eat it.
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    I wasn’t sure @AnniD … hence my posing the question …  the experiences of previous years may be useful? But a new thread may be easier to access …?


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
