    I have been TB tested because it seems that "culturally" not rascistly or any other 'ly it is acceptable to hawk and spit great green gobs in the kitchen sink and leave it there for co-workers to find when they're rinsing out their cups.

  • @B3 taking on board your comments I ran my 5k at parkrun yesterday without flobbing once, which for someone who had about 40 years of smoking behind them before stopping and taking up running was not an easy task. I reserve my right if a suicidal fly decides to throw itself into my gasping mouth but I'll try to maintain a non-flobbing running style from now on.
