    I was just saying on the Garden Shows thread, that Usk has a great Open Gardens weekend in June - and Usk is one of the Bloom Groups in this show! 
    My garden and I live in South Wales.

    Yes.  The Usk group had some interesting ideas and features and certainly were not lacking enthusiasm and community effort.

    I didn't envy the Mablethorpe people, beautiful there when the sun is out but can be very chilly indeed. I wondered if there would be any mention of vandalism in these programmes, although the missing lobelia (or whatever it was) seemed fairly minor to me. I was expecting to see the whole planter trashed.

    Someone clearly had a blue them going on at home AnniD.  A real shame for their hopes to be blasted by a vandal but I really didn't like the planting anyway and those gnomes!  The loos were good tho.

    Just catching up with yesterday's episode from Shrewsbury - that bedding in The Dingle was quite something !
