    We have just had rain :D I sit just by the patio door before I could turn and close it it had stopped and the sun is back out.

    Can't measure how much fell  :D but I can count the drops on the step 30 give or take a few.

    No doubt the weather forecasters will tell us we have had lashings later.

    Yesterday the rumbles came (apparently St. Malo in Brittany and Jersey had the storm) and the clouds followed but did it rain.  NO it didn't.  Again it is clouding up now so the temperature is more bearable but no rain although it is forecast yet again.

    Oh well, that's that then. At least there was enough water to make the ground wet - going to treasure this memory.

    And its raining again!!!!!

    Don't lose faith SGL, its bucketing down now! Never thought I'd say this but I'm happy to go on slug patrol tonight - if I can remember what they look like, best take a picture!

    I'm crossing my fingers for you SGL but it looks like its coming from the SW travelling fairly fast NE. Have you tried putting towels on washing line? I'm sure that's what did it for me  ;)

    Hallelujah, after not having a drop of rain for nearly 2 months, the heavens finally opened.  I haven't been home yet but I'm hoping my garden got a good soaking.
