Aunty Rach, I noticed that my garden seemed to have moved on from the purple phase to a yellow spotty phase.   I picked the first sweet peas ( for this year) today. Just five stems but they smell glorious.

My annual Sweet Peas are nowhere near yet - but the perennial ones have buds (they have no scent unfortunately but are bullet-proof).
