I've seen the Apples - British to the Core it's very good.

I did watch the other back in time series, but this last one wasn't the same.

Watched Alan Partridge but didn't like it.

Saw the first episode of The Great British Sewing Bee, it's not the same without Claudia.

    The weather is mild here.
I still really like The Great British Sewing Bee, but the new presenter - not so much. Really not funny, trying too hard which makes him quite annoying. He really forgets that the programme is not about him.
Last week’s Alteration challenge was hilarious: how do you make a dog coat out of an old tent? Apparently easily 😄

I  like Shakespeare and Hathaway in the  afternoon. They're repeating the whole series from Monday, but not  the first episode of the first series. The first series is on iPlayer for the next 10 months.

I'm liking Race Across the World too @Hostafan1  No 'celebs' in sight and the producers have chosen an interesting cross-section of people.

    exactly my thoughts.
If I'm honest , I'm glad that couple from week one have gone. " I'm not sitting with them , they never stop talking" !!!!! Methinks she thought WAAAAAAAAAAY too highly of herself.

Tucked away on the Together channel in the afternoons, l have come across "Real Gardens", a programme that was on Channel 4 back in the late nineties. Apart from the fact that you can see Monty and Carol from twenty years ago (!), it has practical advice for people trying to improve their gardens. I was taken right back when Monty said "We won't be here next week as there is a double episode of Brookside".   :)

@AnniD thanks for that, what no. Channel is it? Don't  seem to have it on the tv. It's probably when hubby has to do an update for the channels.

@Logan4 it's Freeview 89, Sky 173, Virgin 269 or Freesat 164. There are some interesting things on there such as The Great British Bike Off (no that's not a spelling mistake !)
