How to change your username

Try logging out and then logging back in again, this time entering the site via the Gardener’s World logo in white at the top left of the page ... that usually works 👍

Why my username is not changing despite following the process n the system saved my new name. It is upsetting.

Try logging in via the main Gardeners World logo at the top left of the page and then going into you settings etc to change your details. Log out after that and then log in
via the usual way. That usually fixes it.

After changing your username and saving it, you need to then log out and then back in

there is no option to change the username in settings/edit profile.

If you go into your profile and settings page via clicking on the Gardeners’ World.com logo in white at the left of the top banner, you should find an opportunity to change your forum name. Don’t forget to save your changes. Then log out and go back into your account the usual way.
