    I've followed the instructions above and logged out but when I now look in my settings it gives my new username. However when I go to post a new discussion it is using the old names... Any ideas

    I am actually talking about the screen name as the site uses your email address as your username. I would like to change my screen name - am I in the correct posting?

    Perhaps refreshing the page ... or deleting the cache ?

    The same happened to me. Would be nice if GW could sort this out properly given that this thread is a few years old.
