How to change your username

    I had the same issue with setting my location. It didnt seem to work when trying on my mobile but seemed to work fine when changing on my desktop PC.

    The same happened to me. I could not change the name given to me on registering. There is no access to my user name in order to change it.

    Go onto the main gardeners world site by clicking on'Gardeners' world . Com' on the left hand side of the black banner at the top of the page. Click on my account then settings,  right hand side of black banner,. You should then get an option to change your screen name.
    Don't forget to save changes.

    Help!!!  I have been trying in vain to change the username the GW site gave me but to no avail.  I have tried everything suggested but it won't change - any different suggestions please?

    Try signing out first, the go to www.gardenersworld.com and sign in.  Change your 'Screen name' then make sure to click the 'Save Changes' button.
