    Hi Dove. No he isn’t home. He actually rang on his mobile when he got a signal.
    the next photo is looking towards where they are allattacking the fire. The brown smoke on the horizon if where it is. Photo from front verandah.

    I just had a phone call from Hubby. They’re on their way home. yay! I’ve got a one-pot wonder ready to eat on the stove.  Time to relax.

    Weather sounds grim down in the southwest ... Keep safe everyone. 
    No snow here now ... but still very cold and if looks as if there's patches of ice out there.

    Great pics Pat  :D And so glad hubby is safe

    At work already as Mr C and his trusty land rover gave me a lift - no way I’m driving til the roads have cleared a bit.  Not very much snow in Windsor - clean pavements and roads- must have just been further south it hit.

    Hope Pdoc gets water back soon - miserable 😖
