    Lovely gardens papi jo and Lyn. That hosta is amazing. My poor hostas have more holes in them than leaf and no matter what I do they end up as an all you can eat buffet for the slugs.

    The ferns are beginning to unfurl for the year 
    my salix was given a good trim this spring and looks a lot better for it



    The fig has plenty of fruit begining to form. But is a good thing I don’t like figs as the birds will get them all. If you look closely you will see at the top of the fig a rose that has opened. This comes from a climbing rose on the fence but this year it has already climbed an additional 6 ft into the fig. The palm behind is in my neibours garden but the rose will by the end of summer weave itself through that as well.
