I think our decorations will go tomorrow... the wind has brought soot down the chimney, so the room could do with a good clean.  We actually take no notice of tradition, and sometimes leave them up an extra night or two, just because we CAN.  image  And of course, when we go abroad we often see Christmas trees and decorations still up in late January, especially in Catholic countries like Madeira.

A wet shopping trip this afternoon.  The mud and leaves on our lane have achieved the consistency of porridge...

Our decorations come down on the 6th January, my Maternal Grandfathers birthday.

Weleda make a good herbal Arnica ointment.  I don't believe the homeopathic Arnica  does any good, due to lack of arnica in the final product.

completely agree, Fidget, Liri. I'm not one for homeopathy but herbalism is a different bag of worms IMO. Arnica as a gel applied externally definitely works. As do quite a lot of other herbal compounds.

Winds have dropped.  We had stars and a full moon and wispy clouds on the way home from dance class.  Might well get some decent sleep tonight.

What is it with super moons?  Never heard of one till last autumn so how come we're getting a rash of them now?

    Sweet dreams all.

Morning everyone. My wrist is much easier today. I’ve been into town and found some cream in Woolworths for arthritis etc.The label claims it contains arnica, eucalyptus and rosemary oil, emu oil, etc etc. I have only now put it on, so itll be interesting to see if is helps.
