Everything is coming on well on my plot. The second from top photo shows pumpkins, squash, courgette, sweet corn, sun flowers and beans.
The second one is of my children's flower patch, with a few weeds in, and the last shows tomatoes, garlic and strawberries.
This was taken about a week ago and things have progressed a bit more since then. Yesterday I finally planted up my potatoes(a bit late but there was always something else going on) and I have a nursery bed of seedlings and split perennials that I will grow on until autumn or next year.

My wife got me this. I wore it proudly in work yesterday. It did create a few laughs

let the frost and the winters weather do a lot of the Work.

    Willbara is correct

Spade by spade, turn it over in lumps and leave it turned like that till spring, elements will make it friable and  in great condition.

When you do take out bindweed don’t pull it will break and reinvent itself, dig right down to the roots and remove.

It has been a busy few months.
I was taken away for a two week family holiday and when I came back, the changes to the allotment was amazing.
GWRS,my courgettes turned into marrows too!
The pumpkins and squash have gone berserk and I'm getting lots of tomatoes.
