Hi Hazel thanks for asking ... Wonky's had splints on both wrists for a couple of years now, and strong painkillers and all sorts of stuff ... they helped initially but not now Her hands are swollen and so painful - it's not just the fizzy tingling ... sometimes she can hardly bear to touch anything.

I wonder if a 'diary' would help ... just recording things that might be relevant ... food, activity, sleep etc and the awful pain incidents. It might just reveal a pattern.
It's a practice I've known to be helpful with some of the children I've worked with who've had obscure medical stuff.

Hosta - on a slightly different tack - why did your friend just leave you!
Hope you can get somewhere. As doc says, it's the creaky gate thing - as is the case with so much in life nowadays. We all have to be project managers
Good to see you back LP. Do you need another holiday to recover?
Aye - it's been a bit chilly here, regularly single figures, and not too much higher through the day, although we are now forecast to get four dry days in a row - which we haven't had for two months. We hope to get the haylage cut - at last! First hill snow forecast for today/tonight on the higher tops - north west Highlands. Might need my heavier fleece this weekend - or a second one
Pyracanthas are all looking pretty - covered in berries - so it's not all bad
Pooter was updating last night, and 'mouse' hand giving me gyp, so I haven't been on here much. Glad to hear your Dad is fine chicky. Always a worry. Is the list quite long Dove?
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Hazel her father had the same condition at the same age ... the injections worked for him ... Wonky prefers to give the injections a try rather than having to take too long off work, given the nature of her job. Fingers crossed!
