    Morning all.

Enjoy your holiday, Lily P. Yes, new horse has settled in, but he's more friendly with daughter's horse than my mare who he's supposed to be the companion of.

We spent the day yesterday in a campsite by a river with OH's stepdaughter and her family. They have a campervan. We went out to a lovely restaurant by the river for lunch. Hot day, 32°. Was 25° in the bedroom last night.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Hosta, the rain is to save you the trouble of washing the dust off all the leaves before we arrive image

OH has decided he needs to go into the city and buy some more tee shirts ...........

I have a quick supermarket dash to do for essentials, bottled water, coffee  and loo rolls, then a whizz around with a duster and broom and some watering .......... I was right, the grapes will be perfect to pick next week image  there's about twenty bunches ...
