Hi everyone. Feeling a bit down today so haven't been on. I'll catch up on reading back later. I didn't wake until 12 today image and have been very sluggish since.

On a plus side I watched an interesting tv show last night - about how the Irish people are now the third fattest people in the world and they are blaming sugar, lots of food for thought says she as she longs for a little bit of sweetness after this evenings dinner. Hmmm!

Sometimes a long sleep is just what your mind or body needs Pat but it can leave you feeling groggy.   Hope you both feel better soon.

Hosta - what else is temptation for?

RG - so sorry, forgot to send hugs for your dog.  Hope he heals well.

Pat ((hugs))  it's quite common to feel very 'down' after a virus ... take it very easy and do some gentle things that you enjoy ... I'm sure you'll feel much better soon image

I don't think knowing helps that either Pat.
