Settling down for the night here tooimage

Joyce I do hope it is quiet for you tonight. We have had nothing and I see Fairy had it bad last night too.

busy day here finishing with me taking the dog to vet, must be something in the air just now! Typically, just as we going on holiday next week, she took "unwell" during the night.  Hope the chicken I boiled doesn't cause a problem tonight!

    Fairygirl says:

I'd wondered that too Dacha - but people often appear for a while here and then disappear as quickly. I'd never seen him post on any other threads though.

Some of the finest scenery anywhere Clari. It's on my list when I retire - as are many of our islands. I feel slightly ashamed that I've visited so few of them.

Do you use a hairdryer for the dug?

    See original post

Fairy: normally yes unless he gets washed in the morning and can sun himself on the lawn all day. But he's been a bit itchy of late so he's drip drying tonight instead. He gets a good toweling and dries really quickly for such thick fur.

Time for bed here: I've tried o stay up as late as I can so it's less disruptive when his lordship gets in tonight. He's under strict orders to shower as I've just changed the bedsheets and do NOT want to be finding grease marks from where he's missed with the Swarfega hand wash.

Morning.  A bit of a "Hosta night" but hope to catch another couple of hours.

Pat - hope you and OH are making gradual progress.
