Beans still going strong. I've been really pleased with the aubergine. I've had about 8 this size from a single plant in a pot. But it's starting to look pretty sad so don't think I'll get many more.
Peppers are chillis are growing nicely, and pulled up my first turnip.
First time I've got any decent bunches from my outdoor grape plant. Tried them early on and they were a bit sharp but i think they are ready now. The birds said they were great!
Had more luck with Pears. The dog likes them but at least waits till they fall
They're moneymaker F1. I got a small plant from the garden centre. I don't have a greenhouse, just grew it in a pot on the patio. It cropped well in July & August. It's still trying to produce fruit, but last couple of weeks the fruits are dying off once they get to golf ball size.
I'll try them from seed next year. Good luck with yours.

The last of my potatoes!
Sungold more orange than yellow this year.
Mozart potatoes quite a bit of slug damage but 2 sacks of "good" ones.
Had to pick a lot of pears early as the branches were breaking. At least this may again still on the tree!
Womble 54 - which variety of Aubergine did you grow? Did you grow them from seed?
I've just got a greenhouse this year so might try them for the 1st time next year! They look fab!
Thanks!

Just come across this site , some great looking veg & fruit ?
A lemon tree appeals but would they grow where we live near Lincoln ? Would they need to be over Wintered in g/h ? Any advice welcome
Had first Brussels Sprouts of the season yesterday
GWRS- yes citrus fruit needs protection over winter greenhouse if you have room or build shelter if not or if like mine they are too big to move.
