Oh Nanny it does seem to be raining hard on your daughter. We had awful estate agents in our first house together but the landlady was quick to realise where the problem lay and ditched them when they tried to withhold three months of HER MONEY that she needed for the mortgage because of a fault we had complained about (and then fixed ourselves) that they
a) hadn't told her about
b) hadn't fixed even though they had a maintenance contract with her.
I quite like sandwiches sometimes! I really enjoy a simple beans on toast every so often but other half doesn't consider that a meal.
It's roasted duck legs and an assortment of vegetables from the freezer here tonight. Must go shopping tomorrow else all we'll have is blackberries from the garden and a suspicious pack of peppers.
I thought the pom pom makers were probably more trouble than they're worth but thanks for doing the research for me Nanny B. I hope the sun shines brighter on your family tomorrow ((hugs))
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
They are a waste of money Dove. thank you, she is one of these lovelly genuine people who NEVER says bad of anyone, has friends who move boyfriends in every other week, (whilst on benefits I might add) she tried to do everything by the book, (as we taught her0 and it comes back to bit her in the ***e!

I did that last night
Could you make a blackberry sauce to go with the duck, (mind you, all these poor ducks tottering about without legs!)

NB.....you are my hero....you save the great English expression rather than bow to the American bastardisation ...by adding the simple "E"
There's a cat that's not mine in my bedroom
Does it know it's way home or does it think you're a hotel?
