    Pat E says:

Yum, Dove. I'm wishing Hubby would make his promised move into the kitchen. I'm getting hungry. Dark outside.

    See original post

Give him a nudge! Maybe he can take mine with him too; that mug of tea in bed never did materialise.

    Morning all.

    Save one for me Dove.

Punkdoc. I'm sooooooooooo pleased for you. I know how hard you worked and how despondent you were to begin with.

What a night for Labour but what a mess we've ended up with. All down to Me Me Mayhem's vanity. 7 times she was on camera saying an election would cause uncertainty etc then her ego and stupidity got in the way when she believed the polls and thought she'd kick Labour when ( the Polls said ) they were down. She had the most bitter, negative , vitriolic campaign I've ever seen, along with the loathsome press coverage, as someone who has never voted Labour, I take my hat off to Corbyn for "rising above it"

She's now got into bed with the most hate filled party in UK ( imagine UKIP with the compassion removed). A bunch of homophobes, climate change deniers and nutty " creationists" who think planet earth is only 6 000 years old.

What a flippin' mess and MeMe Mayhem can't even bring herself to say sorry , or to admit she's cocked up in a MAJOR  way.

Hello amberspy. I hope that you are doing better soon.

The weather here isn't good . I would love to get into the garden. A quick walk up the garden and i am soaking.

    Regards to everyone.

I can remember A level history being filled with the "Irish question" where they held sway over minority or teeny majority govts for decades.   Plus ça change............ but this lot are particularly unpleasant.

Interesting times ahead - in the Chinese curse sense.

Bright and sunny here but I've been painting again and reorganising kitchen stuff cos kitchen man finally found time to come and install the proper cupboard with the correct finish yesterday.   OH is strimming the gravel bed and I'm off to spray thistles and bindweed in the future potager with something effective as chappy tells me glyphosate is useless.

    Have a happy Saturday all.
