    BP fine .  Had ecg done and blood taken for the hospital.  She checked my medication and was delighted the prescribed drugs were working.  She said the hospital would let me know if there was anything to query about.  So much nicer having her visit me than traversing Bristol to go to a clinic at a care centre.

    It's dry in the NW but grey, but at least the frost as gone, hope it cheers up for you GWRS image

    You too flumpy.  Lime trees an vines are showing the best autumn colour round here and it is very mild.
