Took my first double dose of BP medication this morning. Just going to have it checked. I remember a heart specialist making me sit on a couch and shut my eyes and visualise my favourite flower before he checked my BP once and he said it worked and sent it downwards!
It is an alpine primula Joyce. Thinks we have had the winter ! Glorious sunshine today and the garden is looking very summery but some leaves especially on the acers are turning Autumn is on the way.

You still have lots of colour Marion.
Much of mine has gone over now.
Is that a yellow auricula in flower? I have a cowslip in flower.....the seasons are becoming topsy turvy.
