Made it home from the doctor's who apologised for bringing me out. I must have been in such a state. My artial fibrillation was very bad. Start new medication prescribed by the care centre today but doctor said it could affect my sugar so wants blood tests after i have been on it a week. All go but I have picked up the branches blown off my trees in the garden by the terrific wind we had last night. I bet it will take me half an hour to stop my racing heart now!
.Breathing normally again! Pouring with rain outside and very windy so I am glad i took the early appointment from the doctor when he rang me last night after the email he had from the doctor at the Care centre. He offered me a later one so I would not have to get up early I am totally amazed at the care ad attention i am having and very very grateful.
My family are rallying round. a few can alter their work schedules if I need transport and a companion. Do not feel so isolated now. A bit breathless this morning but persevered. I think it took twenty minutes to get dressed!

The weather was a lot better today, so glad as my brother has been off this week and wanted to go for walks.
im hoping for better weather at the weekend as my lawn needs cutting and my sweet peas are over growing
