Morning Marion. It's nice to be able to save some plants before the frost starts.

I must lift, and pot up, a few bedding begonias for the porch.

  • Love trycistris.  Just back from hospital where I had a chest Xray.  Have appointment for Oct.4th to see the heart failure team specialist.  The sun was shining the whole time and and I was most impressed with our lovely new hospital and how efficient it was.  No waiting about anywhere.  Feel better for just being out of the house even if it was only to the hospital!  Tomorrow is set to be a lovely warm day so i will treat myself to big bunches of flowers from my garden and decorate the house!

Good that you don't have to wait long to see the heart specialist Marion and that you didn't have to hang around at the hospital.

Vases of flowers will keep you cheerful.

  • Our hospital is new and stunning is putting it mildly.  Interior design is all pastels and art on the walls!  Just what people not too ill to be in hospital want to keep going!  There are some very clever people building the new parts of Britain.  There were pastel chairs and electric glass pods to ferry you around.  I would like to have seen more indoor plants but no doubt that will come as emphasis is on lack of infection.

Hi Marion, I've finally had dry weather to cut the lawn and tidy our garden, we also went to the garden centre and got some cyclamen, I've took a couple of pictures to show you..........
