Sun has just come out and is drying things so may get out in the garden.  Not to do any heavy work as I have a routine health check at the surgery at four.  Bit of deadheading perhaps.

Marion, the sun has finally decided to show face up here and it's a beautiful mild day.

The morning has been spent emptying two stone sinks ready for replanting, pruning and deadheading as our garden bin will go out tomorrow evening.

That is always a spur to action as it only gets emptied monthly.

GWRS, doctor was not pleased at my high BP so told me to double my medication and come to the nurse tomorrow for blood tests and an ECG.  I get the results on 6th September.  So much for taking it easy this morning!!!

Hard luck, Marion.  Hope the increased medication does the trick!
