Snuggling down in bed now. Son is home , he enjoyed the meal and has a load of home made stuff for his freezer. OH washed up even though he'd been at work all day.  My hero!!!

    Sleep tight everyone image

Hosta and Fairy, you're a bad influence! I've signed up to Netflix (which I was *definitely* not going to do) and have now watched the first 3 episodes of LofD series 1. Quite a few to go before I catch up.

    Night all.

Night to all of you. I'm in the parking lot in Canberra. Had a good trip up. Got more photos of the unidentified Oak tree. Will do some editing and sorting when we get home this afternoon,

Back from Canberra and now zonked. Cup of tea might fix me up though.

Morning all/afties Pat - get your feet up before you do anything    image

I forgot it was 1st of May. Are we meant to do something for it? image

LG - you won't regret it.  Best thing ever - and you'll understand the later series better so it's all good image

Typical that today is to be really good for walking - not so windy - and I have to work. image

I shall do some pix later, but I'll leave you a little view of the locals...

    Morning all.

We are now in our cottage in Norfolk. The drive up France on Saturday was OK but quite a lot of traffic until we were in the north. Stayed a night in Boulogne by the old town which was walled and lovely. Had a good dinner in a cosy restaurant. Sea was calm and I'd bought tickets for the lounge so comfortable and brekkies and glass of bubbly were included. Bubbly did feel a bit weird for brekkies! Then yesterday we drove here but going west of London as we made a detour to see a friend in hospital. Ended up having dinner in a restaurant with her husband so we arrived here very late.

Have just read back - 3 days worth. Too much to comment on! Love Hosta's ducklings.

Off to Tesco's for supplies. Hope they are open, if it were France they would probably be shut!

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
