Although I hate it when the alarm goes off, I do enjoy the quiet me-time first thing in the morning. Just going for a quick potter in the GH and then better get a wiggle on
Looking forward to seeing the autumn colours Oz-style
I hope he's not from B&Q The one I had, spent a lot of time telling me it was a big kitchen, it would need 19 units, and I had picked the most expensive range . ( something I have a habit of doing). Then he asked me how I was going to pay for it. !!!!!.
MYOB and where would you like me to stick these two fingers came to mind.
I'm getting a bit old for hanging around on street corners. I am more likely to be found in the tater patch these days.
Funny thing. When I went with hubby to another showroom, the first thing they asked hubby was " Is it for your home, or a buy to let, Sir?" Just because he looked all business like in a dark wool overcoat.
We have a small amount of frost on the garage roof, but it's melting as the sun hits it. Blue skies here. The recycling bin men have just collected. The normal one is a bit over full because we forgot to put it out last week. We might have to jump on it to get another weeks in.
There's been sub zero here as it's only just got to zero now, when I fed the birds, but no white. It was a lovely starry sky when I went to bed though.

Cheeky b***er fidget. You'd think it would be slightly better nowadays, and they'd stop jumping to conclusions. I had a similar experience when buying a car. The entire conversation was being directed at my then hubby, until he said - I'm not buying it. I just looked at the guy and I think he could tell I wasn't impressed...
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I took a shop manager with me to a trade show at the NEC. Some salesman spent half an hour talking to him and ignoring what he presumed to be little wifey stood at his side. He then asked him if he would be willing to buy the new range.
"You will have to ask the boss ," he said.
"Oh when is he coming.?"
She's been stood here for the last half hour being ignored.

Good on you Chicky. There's nothing to compare with that little spell in the garden on your own.
