I used my new toy today.. . . a six-pronged tiller that my daughter bought me. Made light work of ground that was full of roots. No digging and hurting the old arthritic hip.
Hope you have dry weather tomorrow Verdun to test out new mower.
Hi Verd, saw the forecast this morning and hope you didn't have too much rain! It's Camellia x williamsii 'E.G. Waterhouse', the evergreen foliage and growing buds get me through winter
Visited EA Bowles garden at Myddleton House yesterday, as it's just up the road from us. Glorious sunshine, and Spring had definitely arrived, a wonderful array of Spring flowers, it lifted our souls.

Aym, I had 3 potted black raspberries a year ago and they died, they don't like clay soil.
PM me any time.

Aym, that's a good idea, I've done that with gooseberries.
Just potted on chillies.
The trays have holes in the bottom,so lined them with cling film.
That pm me anytime, I thought afterwards what I put and how it would seem like. Aym it wasn't a come on.
Snowdrops going over & giving grace to the camellia, iris & daffs. Why are iris so hard to photograph?!
