Thanks Aym, mostly it's all pavement walking, but there's a small copis not far away, i only walk there during the day. It divides the houses from the industrial estate, so it's busy during Monday to Friday and i meet other dog walkers. Some I've got to know well. If i didn't have dogs i wouldn't know many people.
Ooooooo, thanks aym for showing me what an emerging fritillary looks like. I planted some last Autumn and had suspected that they had all been ' got at' by wildlife. BUT... yesterday I came across a seedling exactly like the one in your pic.......had given up all hope of ever seeing one ( hopefully more than one...........off to do another search..fingers crossed!)

Got some blackcurrant cuttings on the go.
And Loganberries
Blueberry flowers nearly out
And a lot of redcurrant plants i don't know where to put.
There's some white currants as well somewhere but haven't got any labels.
Aym, your flowers look lovely and that wisteria that's amazing.
