Those pics weren't taken this year though, it's been raining solidly all week, except when it snowed!

Aym, all the astrantia seeds were from plants I grew last year.  Still have loads of shaggy but assume too late to sow (?).  I came across the seed swap thread a bit late for these but if I get loads this year I'll definitely post!

Aym, just read your post about cooking lamb, don't have the oven too high and test it with a knife in the thicker part,if the juices are still red, put it back in and when you put the knife in leave it in for a few seconds if the knifes hot when you take it out it's ready.image Had a blueberry plant come on Friday, it's good, in a 5- ltd pot but no label. Told them about it have to wait until Monday.

If only I had some time :-(. It's a 'daddy day' today like yesterday (as the missus is working) so another weekend where I'll have 15 minutes if I'm lucky.

So much to do - biggest job I have to do asap is reducing the beech hedge by a coupe of feet.  Might have missed the boat though for another year...
