@purplerallim. True but I'm more concerned about Soggy getting its food that me filming it tbh.
As it was not raining last night I didn't need the box and I set the camera. Sadly I messed that up and pressed the wrong button lol. So no film but I did see Soggy eating when I went to retrieve the camera. So he/she is still around.
@purplerallim, l once disturbed a sleeping hedgehog in the middle of a border when l was watering with a hosepipe. He was not amused and grumbled quite a bit. It's possible that the rising water levels caused yours to have to move. @Fran IOM, a little cutie ! It's nice to know that he has a safe future
Last night had two in the middle of the lawn. One curled tight the other doing quite a dance. He was doing the head bobbing, puffing up then laying flat, and at several times appeared to stroke her quite gently. She was having non of it! After half an hour of watching this persistence, I left them to it.🙄
It seems next doors cat has found Soggy's food supply . I shoo'd it away but I know it will come back so I've moved the food placing to the other side, near to where Soggy enters the garden.
How do you deal with cats getting at the hog's food?
