    such beautiful gardens everyone!

@Liriodendron, I think you have sealed my conversion to hydrangeas! I'm going to start looking for a good paniculata image

It's good to see them in flower before choosing, Tarausf.  Some have huge, cabbagey flowers, whilst others (like mine) are more see-through.

I think this one is 'Vanille Fraise', photographed on a garden visit yesterday.

Quite an attractive colour, but a huge shrub.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

@ Liriodendron that hydrangea is gorgeous too, but I prefer yours! Thanks for the tips image

I'd post a couple of pics but they keep coming up sideways when I try to load them....

Photos often load sideways on preview but post correctly, tarausf.

My niece sowed veg in pots with me back in the Spring...

Nice and cheerful Rubee. Love your lilies.

AuntyR, hope your niece enjoys eating her harvest image

    Lovely Lilies Rubee.

    Quote from niece:

"I don't like 'matoes but I love 'mato sauce"!

    Carrots got a "wow!" though!

Just been enjoying catching up on this thread. I must have missed a notification.

My garden is getting overgrown and messy looking. We've been away and had family to stay so I haven't done any gardening, apart from watering and a bit of dead heading, for a month.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

The light was not at it's best, most of the garden was shaded with very bright patches .
