I got mine delivered Mark for a fiver I think, I can't remember where they are based but it was to far to travel.

I am eyeing up another salvia to plant with kniphofia timothy, I'll have a look at B&M for that. Longacre sold out of savlia mainhut thankfully, I always want another plant after my order has arrived.

Looking at adding some clematis now, so many choices. Means a trip to the GC first.

I know paying postage multiple times makes the plants expensive, but its difficult to find all the plants you want with one supplier.

Perki they are situated in Bagshot, Surrey about 40 minutes from me in Berkshire - they have a few other smaller stores elsewhere (possibly one in Essex Aym, if my memory serves) but the main one is massive, one of the biggest GC's in the country. A lady had ordered lobelia before me in the queue image

My redcurrant bush arrived today it's very good, got it from DT Brown.image

  • D.T. Brown are quite good Logan so pleased to hear that your reducurrant is in good condition.

I have bitten the bullet and placed an order with T&M for perennial plug plants advertised on GW forum.

I am still waiting for my 5 clematis plugs again advertised through GW.

Thought I was doing well and I hadn't ordered anything because I was saving up to go to the plug plant nursery. Then I saw a furry silver foxglove, some salvias, Phyteuma and sedum thunderhead. So that's blown that.

My plants have arrived today safely, well packaged from Knoll Gardens so Im pleased with that. Got the main plants I want now so should just be a case of buying the odd plant here and there now, well thats the theory anyway although I can't see me sticking to it!

What plans have you got for your Heleniums Chris ? I love heleniums, I have Mbeauty myself.

Been GC today just to have a look at papavers , I picked up queen alexender. Had a load of new perennials in stock which weren't for sale yet which gives me time to think, instead of the impulse buy of the eremus I just picked up.
