For sure Aym image I think I have 6 different varieties here, the blues especially interest me. 'Electric Blue' was a beauty last Summer but I find the penstemon heterophyllus grow a lot slower in general. Do Morrisons have their 9cm or smaller perennials in yet? Or is it just the clematis?

My plants arrived ok Victoria image I bought them from Longacre garden centre recommended by Mark, well packed and good quality plants and well priced. Shame they sold out of lobelia vedrariensis but I suppose nursery's / GC are to busy to be updating the website all the time.

I got a Geum totally tangerine - 2x eryngium giganteum - 2x penstemons garnet - lobelia tanna - verbena B. My plant stash is growing, it starting to keep me awake at night making plans and wondering where on earth I am going to plant that.

I'm going through back posts on here and making notes of your lovely purchases, so i can investigate further, seems we need to be quick as places sell out....i was going to order more dahlia from sarah raven but she had sold out of some, my others from there were excellent quality and are in pots ready.

i bought a passion flower and clematis diana from tesco for £2.50 each, have put diana in with my other diana to make a good show.

    Happy gardening everyone ?

I love this thread! I'm a nosy so and so when it comes to see what you've all been buying. So many of your purchases I've not heard of before and have to look up.

My new peonies, Coral Charm, from Sarah Raven are potted up outside growing well. I hope l get a flower this year.

I popped to the GC and bought some dahlia Totally Tangerine to grow on for the front garden. I thought they'd go well with my Lady Emma Hamilton roses out there. I also picked up a dahlia Blue Bayou to add to the back garden, such an unusual colour , flower form. I'm not sure how bee friendly they are, but they have lots of different flowers l grow for them, l thought I'd grow something just for me.?
