Had to replace some of the compost as the delivery service left something to be desired but not to worry. They're very excited to get into the garden and meet all the other plants.image

  • Ordered seeds using Tesco Clubcard Vouchers.  You can use £5.00 of vouchers to get £15.00 seeds from Thomson and Morgan.

  • Aym, do you mean the hesperantha? I'll send you a tuft if you want. They do well in my garden, I have 6 (ish) now but I think I have another 5 on order...been collecting themimage

Yes, Verdun, I'm replanting the front garden so still have a couple of big orders to come. I like to plant in the cold months, they settle in better.

imageSix pots of cyclamen coum arrived yesterday.  Too wet to go out and plant them.

  • Your cyclamen look healthy Joyce, and beautiful colours too.  Which part of the garden are you going to plant them in?

  • Has anyone ordered the 5 clematis Gardeners World offer from Montrose this year?

GD, three cyclamen will be planted in the front garden below a perfumed viburnum  so that I can see them from the house, and the other three below another viburnum in a small 'spring' border in the sunken area.

  • You will enjoy them Joyce, the flowers are so long lasting, and just when they finish another set of buds open up to produce more colourful flowers.  Are they scented - some of ours are, but our red ones don't have a scent.imageimage
