Such wonderful weather for gardening.  Lots of fruit blossom and I have fruit on my cherry tree and potatoes above ground.  Fleece at the ready just in case.   Bulbs still blowing my mind with their beauty.  my friend has lovely tulips in his tiny garden.

Your epimedium is a fabulous colour, Marion.  I have a yellow-flowered one which does well, and a purplish one, plus a white which refuses to flower.  But the leaves are lovely too.  image

Good morning flumpy.  A wooly had would be better here as it's chilly again.

Marion, I trust it will be warmer for you in Bristol.

Your friend certainly makes the most of what space he has. Lovely.

Good morning everyone.  It is brilliant sunshine in Bristol so will not be long before i am out in the garden among the jonquils and tulips.  Have a great day.

Flumpy, I was surprised when the weather forecaster remarked that the UV levels now, on a clear day, are as high as they are in August.  Good advice about the hat (or sunscreen and a woolly hat if it's windy!).  My sister has been treated for two malignant melanomas - thankfully she seems to be in the clear now - even though she's never sunbathed, only gardened and walked in the sun, so I'm very careful.
