Such a splendid day out in the garden working.  Only stopping now and again to sniff my violets or the cherry blossom or the wallflower buds just opening.  The garden is full of flowers so I took some pictures.

I am so glad I had a good day out in the garden yesterday as it appears to have been raining all night and the forecast is for it to continue till 10pm!   Very bleak indeed.  At least the green wheeliebin will be emptied and ready for the next dry day.  That last remark is due to me being very influenced by the book "Polyanna" as a child!

Sunny and mild and dry in Bristol today with rain forecast for late afternoon so should get some gardening done.

Such a lovely warm (yes - warm ) day for gardening!  I ditched my gardening coat and just gardened in my Monty jumper(roll neck).  We have had a slight sunny shower but it was not much and everywhere smells really fresh now.  I bet it is not repeated tomorrow!

I was right.  Woke up to a soaking wet garden and though it is dry and sunny at the moment the forecast is for rain all day even hail!  Ah well next three days are forecast to be dry so perhaps a day indoors will not hurt.

Hi Marion, it was cold in the north yesterday, dry most of the day then rained all evening, I've woken up to blue sunny sky so I'm hoping to cut all my dead branches and give the soul a dig over, I've been looking at your lovely pictures all week they are gorgeous image

ive worked 45 hours this week so by the time I've got home and had my tea I've been falling asleep, one member of staff was on holiday so had to cover image. think I need a holiday now!
