Currently watching the Brian Cox 'musical' on bbc2 'The Entire Universe'. This is quite bonkers... or the cream liqueur I am drinking is stronger than I realised!

Thanks I will Aym, if you don't have alcohol, what is ros'e? I thought it was wine.image

Yes they keep me fit, they have about 4 walks a day, the younger ones go for longer walks.image

But that's why we had them.

I used to do a lot of Zumba, but I didn't have enough time for the gardening, so I disided that the garden was more important. I lost more weight without doing it.
