Hello all ?. 1st pic is our door made from pallets for the chicken run, then stained with a mixture of "cider vinegar poured on top of sum cut up wire wool, then left for 2 days" (longer its left, darker the mix). Brings out the different shades "tannings" of the pallet wood, saves with buying a stain/varnish and I like to be frugal ? We were pleased with result. ?. Pond more or less finished and mini veg plot made with extra pallet strips to separate different veg etc ?

The wee veg plot dividers were just pieces of pallet wood, painted.i meant to say too you that the wee pond pump is a solar one and picked up quite cheap ad it's nice sitting by the pond in summer with a good book listening to it trickling away and and watching the comings/goings of the birds in our 3 bird boxes we also made from pallet wood.?

poor you Aym, how are your legs today and are you keeping warm??. I like that growing frame you have there, would be great to start of chilli seeds as well and another bargain.....(you do get them) ?. Not seen them before and I take it there for seeds only as there's no light getting in?
Aym, most off my working life my jobs have been standing for some hours at a time and the thing that helped me was "support tights" they look the same as tights normally worn by us ladies lol but help enormously. They also have three grades..."light/medium/strong" etc...£4/5 in boots for a pair but they wash well and last a while. You can also get them cheaper elsewhere in other stores, think primark do them... but I think these may help you...(I find them excellent) and come in all shades.? I have 6 I think ? Chilli plants over wintering in house at the minute plus two small young plants And they seem to be doing well. ?
No Aym, they won't cause any damage...they "WILL HELP" circulation and aid in the tired leg feeling as well, that is what they are designed for. For you, I would try and get the medium support first as I don't think light will help....make sure you get your correct size .....(I don't know your height/weight) so it's either small/medium/large...I'm 5ft 2 + a bit (don't forget the bit lol) and I get the small or medium. After a day wearing them, you will feel a slight release when taken off but this is normal and hopefully a few days after wearing you will feel a difference, I do. ?

That viola Aym is so bright and cheery ?? . I have an iPad air2 but there's loads out there, you could pick up a cheap tablet from most supermarkets now a days (doesn't have to be iPad), kindle fire also takes good pics. The pics here aren't cropped, just straight from iPad to here although I do crop some?
Seen these pics online today ha ha ha. First is a "Dracula Orchid" (looks like a monkey to me) and the other pic is the roots of some plant lol...hilarious...???
