Garden related name for kitten

The title says it all really. I picked up my new Burmese kitten from the breeder and we met at the Botanic Gardens. He is a lit shy brown boy.

Has anyone got any ideas of a suitable name that could be connected to gardening? Seemed appropriate somehow.

Will try and post a picture.

I was going to say 'Holly', but it doesn't really suit him now I've seen the picture.

Can't think of any gardening names, he looks like a Xander. Don't ask why, I don't know.

Ficus?  Burmese rubber connection.   Benjamin?  From ficus benjamina which is a bit more decorative.

Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

  • If you want a boy's name which is also a flowering plant then how about Basil, Robert or Timothy?

I was thinking of Murphy but he is quite timid yet. Pete and Doug are funny (and appropriate). !!!!
