Very little chance of getting this offer. How many subscribers does Gardeners World magazine have anyway? By the time I was even aware of this offer it had disappeared from the website. And, no I didn't get any emails about it either. Rather a time waster, disappointing and not at all surprising really.
Only received my magazine today and found out the offer is closed, perhaps you should wait until people
have all received their magazines before you open the offer then it's more fair, it looks like I'm a few days later in getting mine than most so I've had no chance. Doesnt seem a fair deal to me.
Yep - I was another person who was misled by this and wasted time trying to claim an offer that was expired. Poor thinking on behalf of the magazine that normally is very professional. I agree with other posters on the thread with their suggestions for improvements.
I have spent an hour and half trying to claim free karcher hose reel offer and cannot believe how many times I had to register, change pass words, get same page on secret garden etc.. I am a very busy person and love your magazine and gardens all over, including my own.
I cannot always read the magazine but pass it on to other members of family. However, if the offers etc. cannot be accessed more easily, why do I continue?
I had no problem getting my hosepipe. The magazine came through my door at approximately 10.30 - 11am and I phoned in straight away. Got through very easily on the 24th October , gave my members number and that was it. Told it would be up to 28 days for delivery and on the 5th November it arrived, brilliant. The advert did say stock is limited to the first 3,000 callers so it was obvious it was first come first served. I was surprised to get one so easily, I am not usually that lucky.

Same thing happened to me.... bad planning by Gardeners World
Have just received it.
Put on wall as per limited instructions.
Went to use it and it fell away from the two metal handles (not one with guard).
Won't now stay on wall.!!!!!!!
Is this why it was so cheap?

Just as frustrated as lots of others. Applied as soon as I received the magazine .... how could I have done it earlier?
