It’s been another dry day but only 1 degree , did go into Lincoln and it got  up to 3 degrees

When put heater on in g/h as the sun set it was already minus 3 ❄️

Stockton still covered in snow, the road became slush then froze, it is still freezing around here. It is bright and will climb to 2C if we believe the forecast, an extra ganzi then.

    Frank.

  • A mere -5 in the garden at around 8am BUT its now bright & sunny so with the sun coming in the patio windows I won't need the heating on all day unlike yesterday.

Dry , sunny but very cold , temperature single figures , which is this week’s forecast so far image

  • Around 10 degrees today, a little sun this morning and peacefully calm.  But it is looking more and more like rain tonight and windier for the rest of the week..  Apparently the winds gusted up to Force 11 yesterday, which will explain why we didn't do any gardening.

  • thankfully last night and todays rain should clear the rest of the snow from the weekend here in the birmingham area, normal service resumes all round, well, as normal as birmingham can be!

Stockton, the snow vanished overnight apart from a few patches. It warmed up probably the North sea doing its stuff, it warms us in winter cools us in summer, living in Coastal area's has its good points.

    Frank.

  • We were below freezing all day yesterday again, but up to 2C at breakfast time.  Snow has gone here too, thank goodness - it was getting very slippery...

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
  • They promised us sunshine and we got it - all 30 minutes of it before the next deluge of rain and the wind is also getting up now.  Another day without any gardening done, but our logs and pine cones are selling well today.
