Aym, I love that single burgundy also, simple and beautiful.
I want to buy proper named types of hellebore for my next purchases, have special ones I really like from a reputable supplier. I bought most of mine from crocus years ago and they are the real thing but they don't have any of the colours I want.
I bought one from Westcountry nurseries allegedly Washfield Queen and the first year it flowered it was pure white. I contacted them and (without hello or goodbye) they said hellebores take time to develop their colour. I've had it three years now and the best it has are specks of red. Personally I think it is just the wrong plant. Haven't bought from them since
