    It depends on your proclivities.
I was thinking it might be a way of avoiding stomach acid and tasting it.

    Hi Zoe

How interesting and absolutely useful to know that full fat plain yogurt is the best probiotic source available.

Thank you for taking the trouble to let us know. <3

Ah, instead of oral ingestion. Fermented Faecal Flapdoodle?

Pleased about the yogurt info too.   I loathe sauerkraut and kimchi.

I doubt it's true. Lots can be derived from kimchi and sauerkraut. Not sure about the nether approach but might be worth trying, along with a hefty pair of caveats.

    Hi Artemis

I'm glad you find it useful; it can, certainly, save us money on those supposedly probiotic-rich preparations, which, according to scientific research, are as usekess as sauerkraut and the like.

It's really lovely to see you back, Artemis.  I almost thought you had abandoned us!

I've never tasted kimchi, Obelixx, but sauerkraut is not a thing I'd eat out of choice!

Any link to the "scientific research"?

I think that break we had in February, Zoe, got me out of the habit of posting at first.  Recently, I spent several days sailing round the Aegean islands, so the habit continued"

    How lucky are you, Artemis!

    Any photos?

By the way, there's a thread for such photos:
I'm looking forward to seeing yours.
