Nanny, once you can get one plant then you can get more from it but a Dutch suppliers might have it? Something to search for now, I thought ebay or amazon might have it but nothing I'm afraid...

Michael, if it is any help I Register lots of new clematis using the RHS Clematis Registrar, it is a free service, costs you nothing.
Surely there is a similar system for roses ?
The Plant Breeders Rights I do not go in for, far too costly and I believe a huge annual fee.
You would have to sell an awful lot of roses.
Best to just name it and find someone to propagate and market it for you with a commission for you.
Most of the garden centre groups are always on the lookout for something ' NEW '
