We did have more than a little bit of Roger - and you know the sun will shine again when he needs to change his shirt on court. I maybe enjoyed that a little bit more than I should
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Evening everyone. I got woken about 6am by having a massive sweat and had to get up and change my nightie and have a shower. Back in bed catching up on all your posts - I'm glad you're enjoying the tennis. I'm not very interested in it, but I'm glad the Australian brat has been eliminated. It was on the news last night, but now they're all concentrating on the coming Olympics, and of course, our stupid Federal Election. Talk about being over it!
i made a large pot of Pea and Ham soup last night, so we might be having it again tonight or I'll be shuffling things around in the freezer as usual. Planning an "in" day and maybe more digital art learning, or then again, maybe relaxing knitting. Or, ano
Pat, my Darwin friend does a night shift when Wimbledon is on and was going to bed at 5.15am. She is pleased the 'brat' is out too and he's not playing in Rio.
Good luck with your digital art. You have the benefit of being accomplished at "the real thing".
Sorry no time to read back, bit of a mad week - teaching the French kids at English Week all day and working at the chateau all night (well until 1am anyway, We have a party of Finnish doctors that have hired it out for the week and we are serving evening dinner for them every night - they have speeches in-between every course (I think it is a sort of seminar thing) so it slows the service down a lot. All good though, all money in the pot as well.
I hope everyone is well, from a quick scan a lot seem to be focused on the tennis (or tennis players at least , enjoy your day, hope to catch up later.

Got a sore b-m now
Hope the footie doesn't go to penalties.
What a fantastic afternoon of tennis!
Can't remember when I've enjoyed the quarter finals so much. The Querry match looked good too but I only saw bits of it.
Nice day tomorrow to calm down & prepare for Friday's semis.
Might have a quick look at the footie now - do we all have a little bit of Welsh dragon blood in us today?

Hit the wrong button and got cut off mid stride. Forgot to comment on what Lantana said, sorry.
I can take a hint, so I'd better close up before I do it by mistake again.

The Welsh dragons can hold their heads up - they did their country, and the whole UK, proud
Sweet dreams everyone

I think you're better with a paintbrush, Pat.
