Love the Gruffalo cake! What an inspiration to use polymer clay instead of fondant icing for the figures - the birthday boy will be able to keep them.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

I'm making a box frame for his bedroom and I'll arrange them into a scene in there I think. The polymer clay was great, I haven't used it before so I had a few problems but I was surprised how well it turned out.

What a talented lot you all are! Gorgeous quilts and I have crochet envy.. it alludes me! I did start painting recently... bare walls, no money! I hadn’t picked up a pencil since school and was amazed how much I loved it! I have a lot to learn obviously and have only done a couple of canvases, but have learnt a lot from You Tube tutorials!
