Aren’t people clever. Thanks for sharing. I’d never have thought of doing those things.

They are clever aren't they?  It remains to be seen how they've all coped with the heat this week tho.    I've kept mine in shade this week and soaked the wee pots tonight in the hope that will get them thru tomorrow.

Went to keiths yesterday and made some greetings cards. He's got a little die cutting machine that's worked bt hand. I disigned my first card and put it together.

It's white card and on the front I covered it all with mirror card, that's the gold.
Then I put red card on top that was smaller to make a gold border. Die cut the raindear, stuck with glue and the star is a peel off.

Inside is another die cut, stuck with glue.

Ive still to knit I-cords for it. I’m depending on the 6year old’s mother to decide where to place them and to buy toggles.

Clever work with those stripes Pat.   Love the colours.

Logan - I asked for one of those machines for Xmas but it will be used for cutting felt Xmas decs in the main.   Might try a few home made cards for special people tho.

Thanks Obelixx, but I’ll be smarter next time. Very limited stripes from now on. 😃
