Yes thanks Pat - had the first good nights sleep since we got back from holiday - didn't wake once. Throat still a bit sore but the spray and paracetamol deal with that

You'd think I would sleep like a log after my walk, but it doesn't seem to work like that. I have a 'touch of the Hostas' Tonight should be better. I've given up and just got up for a cuppa and a nosey on here instead.
Edd - I think it's a smack in the mouth you'll be getting for Father's Day if you don't watch out!
All this talk of sneezing and s**t is making me
Hope DD is ok today.
I will attempt to catch up a bit with everything here while having my cup of tea.

I never seem to sleep well after a walk Joyce, no matter how long a day I have. It's the following night it seems to be better. If I doze off over my lunch, just give me a shout
I have fenceposts to put in, and a gate to move, and slabs to shift for the new path round the 'stension, stuff to repot or plant, and grass to cut and.....big sigh
Not sure too much of that will get done!
