I agree that this is a poor first application to the GoS but my excuse is that I've only just found this thread and probably terrorised the neighbours taking pictures with a flash at ridiculous times of the evening. Oh, and I recently tidied up and got rid of the nettles, why did I do that? Hoping to find better examples of slovenliness at a more appropriate time.
First one shows my delightful pots, one of which is actually a bucket (and I brought that with me from the last house (??) - full of weeds?). Second one is my herb bed. Can horsetail fern make your herbs taste weird? Dunno - not sure if it even makes them toxic? I don't use them anyway so ho hum!
Valiant effort cloggie. I got a bit excited when I thought I saw money in your herb garden but it was just a hole. Well done.
Clari.....I know from personal experience and lack of knuckles that a lot of hard went in to chipping off all that plaster. Also it's .....well I'm embarrassed to say....not very dusty. I do like the touch of drama with the corpse though. Looking forward to seeing outside!
It occurs to me that the truly idle - the masters and mistresses of the craft - may be too bone-idle to take a picture. Might I suggest that they get someone else to do it?
Why would you want out? This is a very select wee gang hut we have going here. Think of the perks!!!
I'm not sure about moving messes about either. Think of the crust that has formed.(some may fancy it up by calling it patina but a rose by any other name....). That doesn't happen overnight aym.
I'm worried....call the help line. 02899 123456 ( it's confidential).
Plant Pauper: my partner is actually allergic to plaster dust so I have to tidy up while I chip it off the wall to keep things at a minimum for him (because apparently trying to get him to live in a tent in the garden for six months just isn't fair). Unfortunately this also means that this is probably one of the cleanest rooms in the house.
The corpse is a fantastic feature that I like to call distraction therapy. Stare at him long enough and you'll not notice the hole in the roof!

I prefer to call my gardening style 'relaxed'
Lookin good Cloggie
I shall take some photographs this afternoon for you all to delight in. But as a hint; when the inside of the house looks like this
don't expect the outside to be perfect!
